An established, entrepreneurial financial services firm focused on capital markets and institutional advisory services is looking for an experienced capital markets professional to help reinvigorate and build out its debt and equity capital markets practice. Ideal for candidates ranging from a high-performing Senior Associate or junior VP looking to take the next step, through to a senior banker or group leader ready to lead the practice.

• Lead and grow the firm's debt and equity capital markets practice, advising institutional clients on financing solutions including debt and equity capital markets, IPOs, follow-on offerings, PIPEs, and private placements.
• Originate, build, and maintain senior-level relationships with institutional clients and issuers, and actively drive business development and marketing initiatives.
• Lead day-to-day execution of transactions, including preparing and reviewing marketing materials, reviewing financial models, coordinating due diligence, analyzing financing alternatives, and negotiating documentation.
• Monitor client, industry, and regulatory developments that could affect client needs.
• Partner closely with the Compliance team to ensure all activity meets applicable rules, regulations, and internal policies.
• Provide in-person, relationship-led client coverage rather than relying primarily on email or phone outreach.
