The U.S. Banks Capital Reporting team, within the Finance division, is responsible for regulatory capital calculations, forecasting, and reporting for MSBNA and MSPBNA.

This Executive Director (P5) role provides leadership across capital allocation, regulatory capital reporting, and stress testing activities, with responsibility for delivering high quality reporting, analysis, driving process enhancements, and supporting senior management and regulatory stakeholders. • Lead the interpretation and implementation of evolving regulatory capital requirements, assessing impacts and driving changes to reporting processes, systems, and methodologies.
  • Develop and provide end-to-end oversight of capital forecasting activities for budgeting and regulatory stress testing, including governance, testing, controls and documentation.
  • Lead business unit capital allocation and ROE analysis, as well as related reporting.
  • Serve as a point of contact for OCC and FDIC examinations and for internal audit and model risk reviews covering bank capital, ensuring timely, well-documented responses.
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and strategic enhancement initiatives across capital reporting and forecasting, in partnership with Capital Planning and Technology. Target measurable gains in reporting accuracy, transparency, and efficiency, and surface capital optimization opportunities.
Qualifications Required
