Investment Banking GII Senior Associate / Vice President

Pay RangeThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $225,000 and $275,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Deal Execution: Work closely with clients and deal teams on live transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, capital raisings, financings, and derivative transactions.
- Client Relationship Management: Produce and present ideas at client meetings as a member of a deal team alongside senior bankers; involve associate-level participation in meetings and broader coverage.
- Strategic Analysis: Through financial, structural, and business risk analysis, support transactions and client presentations.
- New Business Development: Actively participate in covering clients, leveraging proprietary content and generating value‑additive ideas.
- Team Management and Development: Manage Associates & Analysts to execute deliverables for clients and support training and mentoring of junior professionals.
- Outstanding academic qualifications; strong GPA.
- Prior investment banking experience; bulge‑bracket or boutique program training a plus.
- Passion for the business opportunities in energy transition and sustainable infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Series 79 and 63, or willingness to sit for the exams required.
- Identify the underlying causes of problems faced by you or your team and define a clear vision and direction for the future.
- Evaluate all options for resolving problems and effectively prioritize actions or recommendations.
- Inspire team members through effective communication of ideas and motivate them to actively enhance productivity.
- Engage proactively in professional development and enhance team productivity through the promotion of knowledge sharing.
- Foster a culture of inclusion and psychological safety in the workplace and cultivate a risk culture (challenge, escalation, and respect).
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job‑related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include other elements, such as a sign‑on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, paid time off, vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
If hired, employee will be in an “at‑will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary and other compensation at any time.
