As a Senior Associate / Vice President, you will be working directly with Managing Directors, Executive Directors, Vice Presidents, Associates, and Analysts on servicing and executing client transactions. Within Nomura Greentech, Senior Associates / Vice Presidents play a crucial role in deal execution, and this is a unique opportunity to gain accelerated responsibility and client exposure immediately. We are seeking high impact Investment Bankers to join Nomura Greentech and cover clients, develop our continuing thought leadership and execute transactions.

• Deal Execution:
  Work closely with clients and deal teams on live transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, capital raisings, financings, and derivative transactions.
• Client Relationship Management:
  Produce and present ideas at client meetings as a member of a deal team alongside senior bankers;
  Nomura Greentech senior bankers take an active approach to ensure associate‑level involvement in client meetings and broader coverage.
• Strategic Analysis:
  Through financial, structural, and business risk analysis, support transactions and client presentations.
