We are actively seeking Investment Banking Associates interested in Healthcare Investment Banking opportunities across a variety of subsectors, including:

• Life Sciences
• Medical Technology
• Provider Services

In addition to healthcare-focused roles, we regularly support mandates across broader M&A, Technology, Industrials, FIG, Consumer, and other industry coverage groups.

These opportunities offer:

• Exposure to high-profile M&A and strategic advisory transactions

• Lead day-to-day execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions.
• Develop, review, and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
• Prepare client presentations, CIMs, management presentations, board materials, and other marketing documents.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and manage communications between clients, investors, legal counsel, and other advisors.
• Conduct industry, company, and market research to support transaction execution and business development initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor Analysts while helping manage multiple concurrent engagements.

• Prior investment banking experience at the Analyst or Associate level.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record.
