We are actively seeking Investment Banking Associates interested in Healthcare Investment Banking opportunities across a variety of subsectors, including:
- Life Sciences
- Medical Technology
- Provider Services
In addition to healthcare-focused roles, we regularly support mandates across broader M&A, Technology, Industrials, FIG, Consumer, and other industry coverage groups.

- Develop, review, and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
- Prepare client presentations, CIMs, management presentations, board materials, and other marketing documents.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and manage communications between clients, investors, legal counsel, and other advisors.
- Conduct industry, company, and market research to support transaction execution and business development initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor Analysts while helping manage multiple concurrent engagements.
- Prior investment banking experience at the Analyst or Associate level.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record.
