Bel Brands USA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support corporate finance for its portfolio of cheese brands. This role will lead financial planning and analysis for manufacturing operations, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting. The analyst will partner with plant operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to evaluate capital investments, improve cost efficiency, and support pricing and margin decisions.
You will develop financial models, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership in a collaborative, people-first culture focused on innovation, sustainability, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for corporate and manufacturing finance
- Prepare monthly variance analysis, KPI reporting, and performance dashboards
- Develop and maintain financial models to support pricing, margin, and cost optimization
- Partner with operations and supply chain to evaluate capital projects and productivity initiatives
- Support month-end close with analysis of manufacturing cost, inventory, and P&L drivers
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on scenario modeling and business cases
- Ensure data accuracy, standardization, and continuous improvement of FP&A processes
