How you will create an impact

The Enterprise Risk Management function plays a critical role in safeguarding the company’s financial strength and strategic objectives. ERM’s purpose is to lead and drive enterprise risk accountabilities across AIG by identifying and assessing risk; risk oversight and governance; business integration and advisory; data drive insights; and fostering a risk‑aware culture.

The Risk Analyst supports the execution of ERM activities related to Business and Strategic Risk across global P&C insurance businesses. The role focuses on analytical support, data preparation, and risk reporting to enable effective identification and monitoring of risks that may impact business plans or strategic objectives, under the guidance of senior analysts and risk officers.

  • Preparing quantitative and qualitative inputs to support business risk self‑assessment (BRSA) execution and related risk processes
  • Assisting in the development of risk dashboards, reports, and management presentations
  • Monitoring trends, emerging risks, key risk indicators (KRIs), and relevant external market or regulatory developments
  • Supporting scenario analysis and other exploratory risk assessments under guidance
  • Coordinating the collection and validation of risk‑related data from regional and business partners
  • Tracking risk mitigation actions and escalating data issues, inconsistencies, or emerging concerns to senior analysts or risk officers
  • Participating in BRSA workshops, training sessions, and ERM knowledge‑sharing initiatives
What We Are Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
