Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Financial Due Diligence Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary The Opportunity As a Deals - FS Financial Due Diligence Manager, you will provide strategic advice and business diligence services to clients involved in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will analyze financial information, focusing on quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm.

You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. In this role, you will be part of our Deals practice, focusing on financial due diligence. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.

Your ability to analyze and identify linkages within complex systems will be crucial in delivering value to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing financial information to assess quality of earnings, cash flows, and key deal issues
  • Leading financial due diligence work streams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
  • Developing strategic advice and business diligence services for clients
  • Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Identifying opportunities to maximize value in client transactions
  • Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality and timelines
  • Utilizing financial modeling and analysis to support client decision-making
  • Navigating complex transactions and providing insights on financial performance
  • Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements
What You Must Have
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • At least one of the following: an active CPA License, Certified Financial Advisor (CFA), Chartered Accountant or an MBA
What Sets You Apart
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study:
    Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance
  • Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
  • Utilizing advanced skills in mergers and acquisitions strategy
  • Excelling in financial statement analysis and review
  • Managing complex financial due diligence projects effectively
  • Leveraging experience in private equity and investment management
  • Embracing change and innovation in financial advisory services
Travel Requirements

Up to 60%

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.

All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
