The Funds oversees and manages $9 billion of dollars in assets, which are made up of many, varied and complex funds. Job Summary:Under the supervision of the Supervisor, Retirement Services Operations, the Assistant Analyst is responsible for processing pension administration transactions for retired members of various pension plans. Responsibilities also include determining pension eligibility and processing pension applications in compliance with Plan documents and the law.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Strong mathematical skills required.
- Basic accounting skills preferred.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft office programs, including Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
- Detailed oriented with strong ability to multitask.
- Strong oral and written interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player.

College graduate with Accounting or Math related degree or equivalent work experience.
