Independent IPOs Analyst

• Build ongoing research coverage of all qualifying US IPOs and direct listings
• Develop a data-driven methodology to score and rank deals
• Produce pre-IPO company tear sheets
• Conduct pre-IPO fundamental research
• Provide pre-IPO valuation and pricing insights
• Prepare post-IPO trading summaries
• Provide post-IPO lock-up expiry previews
• Offer high-touch service for select institutional clients within the first six months
• Support pre-deal activities including pre-positioning, market intelligence/positioning/book color, management meeting questions, Excel models, and bespoke NDA-driven notes for pre-IPO/cornerstone stakes
• Support post-deal lock-up expiry trades
• Provide desk access through email/messaging and direct calls

• Senior analyst or analyst team with extensive research and/or investment experience for institutional clients (5+ years)
• Demonstrated experience and network within US equity capital markets
• Demonstrated ability to write research
• Ability to build ongoing research coverage of all US IPOs and direct listings with an expected deal size of USD 100mn or higher, excluding closed-end funds and SPACs
