Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs to develop tailored financial solutions and strategies
- Lead teams in executing financial management and strategy consulting services
- Guide clients in optimizing financial performance and improving decision-making processes
- Develop and implement financial models supporting client objectives
- Monitor and analyze financial trends to provide actionable insights
- Oversee compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
- Coach team members to enhance skills and deliver quality client service
- Facilitate discussions to address conflicts and resolve stakeholder issues
- Utilize financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Encourage innovation and embrace technology to improve service delivery
- Lead and manage client accounts
- Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Mentor junior staff and manage team performance
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study:
Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance - Proficiency in financial modeling and economic forecasting
- Advanced analytical thinking to drive financial strategy
- Compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Knowledge of financial risk management and portfolio optimization
- Financial statement analysis and preparation
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
- Must not require, now or in the future, PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth in PwC's policy
Demonstrates expertise in financial modeling, economic forecasting, and compliance with accounting standards, while effectively leading teams to optimize financial performance and deliver tailored client solutions.
