Initio Sphere is onboarding Opportunity Flow Specialists to identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

This is not a traditional employment role. Specialists operate as independent contractors
, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Opportunity Flow Specialists:

• Source and submit qualified off-market or proprietary deals
• Work directly with investors, fund managers, and deal sponsors on live opportunities
• Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close
• Build a verified deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals already close to deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and networked professionals.

Approved Opportunity Flow Specialists may:

• Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
• Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network
• Provide high-level deal context (asset type, structure, economics, investment thesis)
• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
• Support early-stage diligence handoff to analysts (analysts handle modeling and underwriting)

Note: Specialists are not responsible for underwriting, modeling, or raising capital.

Based on approval, Opportunity Flow Specialists may submit opportunities across:

• Private equity and growth equity transactions
• Operating businesses and special situations
• Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on experience and sourcing credibility

Opportunity Flow Specialists earn success-based compensation only

Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal

Payments are issued after successful transaction close and fee collection

Economics vary by deal size, structure, and role in the transaction

There are no caps for consistently high-quality deal flow

• Submit a Deal Scout / Opportunity Flow application and background details
• Complete verification and category approval
• Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform
• Begin submitting qualified deals to the investor network

There is no cold applying to funds and no pitching blind. Approved deals are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.

Opportunity Flow Specialists do not:

• Provide investment advice
• Solicit securities
• Market investments to the general public
• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to deal introduction and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.
