Transaction Advisory Managers lead financial and operational diligence engagements for corporate and financial sponsor clients. The role combines deep financial analysis, project management, and client communication to support informed decision-making across the transaction lifecycle.

These roles involve close collaboration with clients, internal deal teams, investment professionals, and external advisors.

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for M&A and strategic transactions
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and team workflows across multiple engagements
• Analyze historical and forecast financial performance, quality of earnings, working capital, and cash flow
• Identify key deal risks, value drivers, and transaction considerations
• Review and challenge management forecasts and transaction assumptions
• Prepare client-ready reports, presentations, and executive summaries
• Coordinate with tax, legal, operational, and commercial diligence teams
• Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and closing processes
• Mentor and review work performed by analysts and senior associates

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
• Experience in transaction advisory, audit, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and deal mechanics
• Proven ability to manage teams and client relationships in high-pressure environments
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
• High attention to detail with strong judgment and problem-solving abilities
