Position OverviewTransaction Advisory Managers lead financial and operational diligence engagements for corporate and financial sponsor clients. The role combines deep financial analysis, project management, and client communication to support informed decision-making across the transaction lifecycle.
These roles involve close collaboration with clients, internal deal teams, investment professionals, and external advisors.
Key Responsibilities- Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for M&A and strategic transactions
- Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and team workflows across multiple engagements
- Analyze historical and forecast financial performance, quality of earnings, working capital, and cash flow
- Identify key deal risks, value drivers, and transaction considerations
- Review and challenge management forecasts and transaction assumptions
- Prepare client-ready reports, presentations, and executive summaries
- Coordinate with tax, legal, operational, and commercial diligence teams
- Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and closing processes
- Mentor and review work performed by analysts and senior associates
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
- Experience in transaction advisory, audit, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and deal mechanics
- Proven ability to manage teams and client relationships in high-pressure environments
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
- High attention to detail with strong judgment and problem-solving abilities
