A well-established growth-oriented specialty finance platform is looking to add an ABL Credit Analyst to their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of structured working capital solutions to middle-market companies, with a strong presence in consumer industries. This role is a unique chance to join a high-performing credit team within a well-capitalized and entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities- Underwrite new and existing ABL transactions, including term loans and lines of credit, for middle-market borrowers.
- Perform detailed financial analysis including cash flow modeling, collateral analysis, and borrowing base structuring
- Analyze accounts receivable and inventory collateral, including dilution, aging, concentration, and eligibility trends.
- 3+ years of experience in asset-based lending, commercial banking, specialty finance, or credit analysis.
- Experience underwriting working capital facilities, including ANR and inventory-backed revolvers preferred
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
