- Review, triage, and manage incoming case work from sales partners
- Interpret request requirements, identify required tasks, and determine appropriate next steps
- Maintain working knowledge of pre-onboarding compliance requirements for multiple cash management products
- Ensure required documentation and approvals are obtained before fulfillment
- Prepare and deliver cash management agreements and related documentation to clients through approved electronic channels
- Collaborate with teammates, sales partners, internal operations teams, and other business partners
- Manage a high-volume workload across tasks in various stages of completion
- Perform quality verification and accuracy checks before submitting requests for implementation or fulfillment
- Follow COS procedures, controls, and risk management practices
- Work independently with limited supervision while maintaining productivity and prioritization
- Provide professional support to external clients as needed
- Prepare pricing proformas for sales proposals and submit pricing and rate requests according to Account Analysis policy
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture and support team priorities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of banking or cash management experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple requests and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to interpret procedures, follow controls, and apply sound judgment within established guidelines
- Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to participate effectively in a highly collaborative team environment
- Client-focused mindset with a positive, collaborative approach to daily work
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Ability to work on-site 2 days per week at the nearest Key Bank office within the Eastern time zone if within specific cities
- Ability to work 8-5pm EST
- Ability to occasionally travel one to two times per year for training and/or meetings
Demonstrates expertise in cash management processes and compliance requirements, with strong organizational skills to manage high-volume workloads and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in client communication and collaboration within a team-oriented environment.
