Our client, an AmLaw 50 firm has asked us to find a strong associate with private equity debt finance transaction experience. This is a HIGH PRIORITY NEED and a great chance to join an elite firm with an international platform.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of private equity debt finance transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition financing.
- The practice focuses on sponsors and borrowers, although candidates with lender side experience will be considered.
- This position can sit in NYC, DC, or California.
- Market compensation & an annual bonus not tied to hours benchmark.
- Hybrid working model with 4 days in office.
- Licensed in NY, DC, or CA.
- Relocations welcome.
