• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Experience in strategic alliances, partnership management, or business development in investment or private markets
• Strong understanding of investment processes, alternative asset classes, and capital markets
• Proven relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to measure alliance performance and provide actionable insights
