Role Overview
We are seeking Healthcare Investment Banking Analysts and Associates to support M&A, capital raises, and strategic advisory transactions within healthcare services, life sciences, and health tech.
Responsibilities- Build financial models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions)
- Prepare pitch decks, CIMs, and management presentations
- Conduct industry and company diligence
- Support deal execution and client communications
- 1–5+ years in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Healthcare sector experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deal-driven environments
- Exposure to high-impact healthcare transactions
