A leading private capital services organization is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join its finance leadership team. This highly visible role supports management reporting, strategic financial planning, business performance analysis, and executive decision-making. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership and business partners while helping shape financial insights and reporting frameworks that support continued growth and operational excellence.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A reporting packages
- Support and enhance the management reporting framework and key performance metrics
- Analyze business segment performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable business insights
- Assist in creating executive and board-level presentations
- Support long-range planning, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial planning processes
- Improve and document FP&A policies, procedures, and reporting processes
- Partner with business leaders and functional departments to understand financial performance drivers
- Deliver financial modeling and analysis supporting strategic initiatives
- Provide ad hoc financial reporting and support for special projects
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership teams
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and analytics
