This established, growing organization depends on sharp financial insight to guide its next stage of growth. As FP&A Manager, you'll take on a high-visibility role at the intersection of finance and strategy
, shaping the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting that senior leadership relies on to make major decisions. It's a chance to build real influence in the organization, with your analysis reaching the executive team and the board on a regular basis.
- Lead the organization's budgeting and financial forecasting processes to support strategic, long-term business decisions.
- Prepare monthly and annual consolidated financial reporting, including department-level KPI tracking and COGS analysis by vertical.
- Maintain the product costing database and analyze profitability by item and customer to inform pricing and portfolio decisions.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and review capital expenditures and material financial agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Partner with the CFO, accounting team, and IT to support monthly close activities and drive reporting automation through tools like Power BI.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field, with 5-8+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or corporate accounting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills along with hands-on experience using an EPM/CPM platform (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Hyperion) and a major ERP system.
- Proven experience preparing for and coordinating financial audits and reviewing material agreements for compliance.
- MBA a plus
- CPA or CFA, or actively working toward one of these designations
- Experience with Sage X3
- Competitive pay — $95,000 - $110,000 base plus a 10% target annual bonus
