Atlantic Group is hiring a Client Finance Manager in New York, NY for our client, supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and financial reporting within a client-focused organization.
The Client Finance Manager will partner with finance and business teams to manage financial performance, analyze revenue and expenses, develop forecasts, and provide financial insights that support business decisions.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of client finance, commercial finance, FP&A, or related financial analysis experience with strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and Microsoft Excel skills.
Responsibilities as the Client Finance Manager:- Client Finance: Manage financial activities across client accounts, including budgeting, billing, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Forecasting & Analysis: Prepare revenue forecasts, analyze financial performance and profitability, and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare recurring financial reports, reconciliations, variance analysis, and management insights.
- Billing & Collections: Oversee invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and related financial activities while resolving discrepancies.
- Controls & Compliance: Support internal controls, accounting policies, and recurring financial processes.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with finance, business, and client-facing teams to support financial planning and business decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 3+ years of client finance, commercial finance, FP&A, accounting, or related financial analysis experience is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of client finance, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, billing, and financial reporting is required.
- Technical
Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial reporting and analysis tools are required. - Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical, communication, organizational, problem-solving, time management, and business partnership skills are required.
