Arch is hiring an Operations Specialist to join our team. You'll take ownership of detail-intensive
, high-trust workflows that support day-to-day operations, working closely with senior members of our team.

This role offers a ground-floor look at how a fast-growing financial services company operates, and is a strong fit for a recent graduate or an early-career professional looking to build a broad operational foundation

• Support core operational workflows in accordance with internal policies and procedures, including client onboarding, collateral withdrawals, verifications, and loan payments
• Review, process, and track time-sensitive requests, and work with engineering to automate these processes
• Maintain accurate records and support reconciliation across internal systems
• Conduct and lead client verification processes for new and existing clients in line with Arch’s security procedures and onboarding process.
• Assist in preparing recurring internal and external reports
• Support cross-functional projects and administrative tasks as they arise

• 0–2 years of professional experience; recent graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over your work
• High level of personal integrity, reliability, and communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Comfort learning and working across a variety of internal software and communication tools
• Ability to learn quickly and manage key workflows with minimal supervision
• Must be based in New York, NY
