A leading middle-market investment bank or advisory firm may seek a Pitchbook & Deal Pipeline Analyst to support business development efforts, deal sourcing initiatives, and transaction tracking. • Create, update, and maintain pitch books, teasers, and marketing materials for prospective clients and transactions
• Support senior bankers in deal origination and business development efforts
• Track and manage the firm’s deal pipeline

• Conduct company, industry, and market research to support pitch narratives and strategic positioning
• Prepare comparable company analyses, precedent transaction summaries, and high-level valuation outputs
