Investment Banking Associate - Healthcare

We are working with a leading independent investment bank that is actively expanding its Healthcare M&A team in New York. Following a strong run of deal activity and a robust forward pipeline, the team is looking to add an Associate to support continued growth across a broad range of healthcare subsectors.

• Execute M&A transactions across the Healthcare sector, including services, pharma, life sciences, medtech, and healthcare IT.
• Support deal execution end-to-end, from origination through to close.
• Prepare pitch materials, teasers, information memoranda, and management presentations.
• Build and review financial models and valuation analyses, including DCF, comps, and precedents.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with senior bankers on client coverage and transaction execution.

• 2 to 6 years of investment banking experience.
• Healthcare experience is a bonus, but not a requirement — candidates from other sector teams are encouraged to apply.
• Strong M&A execution experience across buy-side and sell-side mandates.
• Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
