Associate - Megafund PE - Infrastructure

Madison Hunt is partnering with a leading global infrastructure investment manager to hire an Investment Associate for its New York City office.

The Associate will join an established infrastructure investment team and gain exposure to the full investment lifecycle across a diversified portfolio of essential infrastructure assets. The team invests across a broad range of subsectors, including energy transition and renewables, power & utilities, transportation, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, and social infrastructure.

• Evaluating and underwriting new investment opportunities
• Financial modeling and valuation
• Commercial, financial, and operational due diligence
• Preparing investment committee materials
• Supporting transaction structuring and execution
• Working with portfolio companies on strategic and value creation initiatives

• 2–4 years of investment banking and/or private equity experience
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution skills
• Prior experience across infrastructure, energy, power & utilities, transportation, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, industrials, or related sectors preferred
• Demonstrated interest in infrastructure investing
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a lean, collaborative investment environment
