Tax Manager - Private Credit

We're partnering with a leading global investment firm that's continuing to expand its private markets business and is seeking an experienced tax professional to help support the next phase of growth.

This is a unique opportunity to join a highly visible team supporting a rapidly growing private credit platform. Rather than focusing solely on tax compliance, you'll work across investment, finance, legal, and operations teams to help build scalable processes, provide technical guidance on complex transactions, and shape how the tax function evolves alongside the business.

• Lead tax compliance and reporting across a sophisticated private credit platform, helping build scalable processes as the business continues to grow.
• Partner with investment professionals and business leaders on fund structures, transactions, and new investment strategies, translating technical tax matters into practical business solutions.
• Oversee relationships with external advisors while ensuring high-quality tax reporting and compliance across multiple investment vehicles.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen the overall tax infrastructure.

• 10+ years of tax experience within alternative investments.
• Experience supporting private credit, private equity, or other alternative investment strategies.
• Strong technical knowledge of partnership taxation, fund structures, and investment-related tax matters.
• CPA preferred.
• Someone who enjoys solving complex problems, partnering across functions, and building scalable processes within a fast-growing business.
