- Senior Credit Analyst” to manage an assigned Corporate Banking credit portfolio in coordination with Account Officers and for supervising, managing, and mentoring the Credit Analyst team. The position is responsible for preparing and reviewing credit analyses and applications, monitoring portfolio credit quality and risk, supporting the credit approval process, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting and effective communication with internal departments, Head Office, and other branches.
The Senior Credit Analyst will review the work of Credit Analysts, monitor schedules and deadlines, ensure established processes and procedures are followed, and help develop a value-added and self-reliant Credit Analyst team.
- Manage an assigned portfolio in coordination with Account Officers and prepare accurate, relevant, and timely credit memos and requests, including renewals/internal reviews, amendments, and new transactions, for presentation to Credit Committees.
- Perform financial analysis using quantitative and qualitative factors, including financial statements and operating results, historical performance, financial condition, counter party positioning, industry and market trends, ESG considerations, and debt repayment capacity under various scenarios.
- Develop financial projections, identify and assess credit risks, recommend risk-mitigation strategies, and calculate internal credit metrics, including credit ratings and RAROC.
- Continuously monitor the Corporate Banking portfolio, including financial information, covenants, exposures, watchlists, compliance requirements, industry trends, and other developments, and promptly identify and

* * potential credit deterioration, non-compliance, and other risk issues. - Coordinate and oversee credit applications throughout the approval process, working closely with Account Officers and relevant internal parties to ensure an efficient flow of information and timely completion of the approval process.
- Supervise, manage, and mentor the Credit Analyst team; review analysts' work and reports; track schedules and deadlines; ensure adherence to established processes and procedures; and provide training and assistance as necessary.
- Coordinate and review exposure and credit-risk monitoring, financial information, covenants, watchlists, and compliance reporting to ensure accuracy and relevance before distribution locally or to Head Office, and facilitate effective communication with Head Office, other branches, and departments across the bank's network.
- Interface with Agent Banks and other analysts in the market to obtain credit and market information relevant to prospective and existing portfolio companies, and participate with Account Officers on selected customer calls, bank meetings, and industry events or conferences as needed.
- Review legal documentation and prepare internal legal checklists and Terms & Conditions for new and refinancing transactions; work with Account Officers on bilateral transaction documentation; and coordinate KYC and account-opening requirements with Credit Analysts and assistants.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes and reporting, manage ad-hoc projects assigned to the Credit Analyst team, and ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 6 years of credit analysis and portfolio management experience, preferably acquired in an international bank or money center bank environment.
