Role Description The Financial Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Nassau, NY. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive financial guidance to clients, including assessing their financial goals, evaluating risk profiles, and developing customized investment and retirement strategies. Day-to-day activities include meeting with clients, explaining financial products, monitoring market trends and portfolio performance, and adjusting plans as needed to align with client objectives.

The Financial Advisor will also prepare reports, maintain accurate client records, collaborate with internal teams, and adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements. The role involves proactive outreach to existing and prospective clients to build and maintain long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to help clients define goals and create long-term strategies.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Finance and Investments to analyze markets, recommend suitable products, and manage portfolios effectively.
• Candidates should possess experience in Financial Advisory, including client consultation, needs assessment, and delivery of tailored financial solutions.
• Relevant securities licenses (e.g., Series 7, Series 63/66) and registration, or willingness and ability to obtain them within a defined timeframe.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in financial services.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
• Proven ability to work in an on-site, team-oriented environment and uphold high ethical and compliance standards.
