Head of Project Finance

A rapidly scaling, investor-backed energy infrastructure platform is seeking a Head of Finance to lead capital formation, project finance, and investment strategy during a pivotal phase of growth.

Reporting directly to executive leadership, you'll own the financial architecture behind a growing portfolio of energy assets, leading debt financing, tax credit monetization, capital raising, and investment underwriting. This is a high-impact role with direct influence over what gets built, how it's financed, and where capital is deployed.

• Lead the firm's project finance and capital formation strategy
• Own debt financing, tax equity, and tax credit transfer transactions
• Executive-level exposure and strategic influence
• Shape investment decisions across a growing infrastructure portfolio
• Work directly with lenders, investors, advisors, and legal counsel

• Lead project finance, investment underwriting, and capital raising initiatives
• Own project and portfolio-level financial models and investment analysis
• Structure and execute debt financings and alternative capital solutions
• Lead tax equity and tax credit monetization transactions
• Support strategic investments, capital allocation, and growth initiatives
• Manage lender, investor, and legal diligence processes

• 8+ years in project finance, infrastructure investing, structured finance, or energy capital markets
• Experience financing renewable energy, storage, or infrastructure assets
• Track record executing debt, tax equity, or tax credit transactions
• Advanced financial modeling and underwriting capabilities
• Strong understanding of energy infrastructure economics and capital markets
