Head of FP&A | Global Investment Firm

Our client is a leading global investment firm looking to hire a Head of FP&A to lead and continue developing its financial planning and analysis function.

This is a highly visible role partnering directly with the CFO and senior leadership, providing the financial insight that supports strategic decision-making across the business. You'll own the firm's budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes while building a deeper understanding of business performance, cost drivers, and future investment priorities.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Provide senior leadership with analysis and insights to support strategic and commercial decisions
• Develop management reporting, KPIs, and financial models to better understand business performance
• Partner across the organization on headcount, compensation, expenses, and strategic initiatives
• Lead and develop the FP&A team while continuing to improve processes, reporting, and automation

• 12+ years of FP&A / strategic finance experience, ideally within financial services or investment management
• Strong track record of partnering with CFOs and senior executives
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Commercial, strategic, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced investment environment
