The Merker Group is working with a top Am Law 100 firm to find a mid to senior-level Structured Finance Associate to join the firm's office in New York or Atlanta. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that has a diverse client base and works across various sectors.
This firm offers top of market compensation and bonus as well as a hybrid work policy (3 days in the office) and a reasonable billable hour requirement to be bonus eligible.
Required Experience:- 3 to 6 years of experience in structured finance, and secured/unsecured lending.
- Experience in areas like senior, second lien, and subordinated financings, workouts, leveraged acquisition financings, equipment financings, and loan syndications.
- J.D. and exceptional academic credentials.
- Active bar license in NY or GA, depending on where you are applying.
