Full-Time Salary: $110,000 to $125,000 per year
Schedule:
M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Key financial stakeholder and manager of Operating Expenses: ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and alignment with strategic initiatives
- Partner with the SVP, Operations, Sr. Director FP&A, and regional leadership teams to develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth, operational efficiency, and profit margin expansion
- Deliver actionable insights to the SVP, Operations and regional leadership team that allows them to make informed decisions
- Lead the month-end close process for Operating Expenses.
- Develop and maintain KPI’s and dashboards (e.g., price/volume, warehouse productivity, customer profitability, etc.) to drive accountability and measure performance against company goals
- Analyze financial and operational trends to identify margin improvement and cost optimization opportunities
- Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, supported by reasonable assumptions and inclusive of a balanced set of risks and opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of progressive, relevant Finance experience; ideally from consulting, investment banking or a fast-paced operating company. Experience with a multi-location business in a public or private equity-backed environment is preferred.
- Strong executive presence, business acumen, strategic thinking and presentation skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to deliver complex financial insights to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
- Advanced technical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, and the ability to navigate large, complex datasets
- Hands-on, results-oriented, and comfortable navigating complexity, driving change, and meeting deadlines with urgency and sound judgment
- Proven ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships and experience operating in a large organization
