We’re partnering with a leading and rapidly growing alternative investment platform looking to add a top-tier Structured Finance / Financing Attorney to its legal team.

• High-visibility position working closely with senior executives, investment teams, and key strategic initiatives
• Exposure to sophisticated transactional matters involving credit facilities, structured finance, asset-backed transactions, securitizations, and bespoke financing arrangements
