Investment Banking Associate

Leadenhall Search & Selection is currently partnering with a leading global investment bank to hire an Investment Banking Senior Analyst/ Associate into their Consumer & Retail team in New York.

This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded investment banking platform with a strong presence across global capital markets. The team advises leading consumer and retail businesses on a range of strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and broader corporate finance initiatives. The role offers exposure to complex transactions while working closely with senior bankers and clients across the sector.

• Supporting the execution of M&A and Capital Markets transactions within the Consumer & Retail sector
• Conducting financial analysis, industry research, and market analysis to support client engagements
• Building and maintaining financial models, valuations, and transaction analyses
• Supporting senior team members on deal execution, client meetings and business development activities

• 2-6 years of investment banking experience, ideally within M&A or a related advisory environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction analysis
• Experience supporting live transactions and preparing client-facing materials and a strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets and M&A processes
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related field preferred
