Overview

The Investment Operations Associate supports the advisory and operations teams by coordinating investment account administration,maintainingaccurateclient records, andassistingwith operational processes that contribute to an exceptional client experience.

The Investment Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely onboarding, servicing, and maintenance of investment and insurance accounts while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role serves as a critical operational partner to advisors and is expected to drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across all client-related transactions.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding investment clients and account opening documentation.
  • Support account transfers, beneficiary updates, and account maintenance requests.
  • MaintainaccurateCRM records and client documentation.
  • Process paperwork for advisor review and submission.
  • Respond to routine client service requests.
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and industry regulations.
  • Monitor workflows and follow up on outstanding requirements.
  • Support reporting, meeting preparation, and administrative activities.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in wealth management or investment management industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration,accounting,finance,organizational behavior, statistics, informationsystemsor equivalent work experience. Master's degree in business administration, accounting or finance preferred.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suiteor related software.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative andteam oriented.
  • Commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Progress towards security licenses ( SIE, Life & Health, Series 7, Series 63)
