Responsibilities
- Own key aspects of fund accounting and financial reporting, including quarterly/annual close, NAV production, financial statements, capital accounts, and review of fund administrator deliverables for accuracy and compliance with LPA terms.
- Drive the quarterly valuation process for portfolio companies by preparing and reviewing valuation models, coordinating with third-party valuation firms, and supporting the Valuation Committee.
- Support complex fund transactions and cash activity, including deal closings, funds flow memos, capital calls, distributions, waterfall calculations, investor allocations, and credit facility activity.
- Lead audit and investor reporting support, preparing audit schedules, responding to auditor requests, coordinating with Tax and Legal, and supporting LP financial statements, capital account reporting, and DDQs.
- Partner across Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury, and deal teams on fund launches, LPA/side letter compliance, data integrity, process improvements, and other strategic finance initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 6 years PE valuations and accounting experience
