What would I be doing?

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all US America Wholesale divisions monthly forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close.
• Analyze sales, margin, and operating expense trends for the Wholesale division.
• Consolidate US and CA Wholesale reporting to review total NA.
• Manage Global Production, Design and Merchandising expenses.
• Partner with divisional president and cross functional business partners to develop financial presentations to the CEO and other senior executives.
• Compile and Review Wholesale reports to prepare for the quarterly earnings release.
• Perform ad hoc projects and scenario analysis for Wholesale executives on an as needed basis.
• Manage and mentor one Financial Analyst.

What would make me qualified?

You’ll Need to Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 7 years’ work experience in a fast-paced environment in an analytical capacity.
• Proven leadership ability, as well as strength in building internal partnerships.
• Demonstrates flexibility in a fast‑paced environment with evolving needs.
• Critical thinker with the ability to identify process and efficiency improvements.
• Strong quantitative, analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; including the ability to provide written and verbal direction effectively.
• Project management skills, from initial idea through execution.
• Strong Excel skills are a must.

• Retail industry experience preferred.
• Public company experience preferred.
• Experience with licensing accounting a plus.
• Experience with Hyperion Planning/Reporting and Essbase a plus.
• Organized with an ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
• Must be a team player, with the ability to coach and develop.
