What would I be doing?
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all US America Wholesale divisions monthly forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close.
- Analyze sales, margin, and operating expense trends for the Wholesale division.
- Consolidate US and CA Wholesale reporting to review total NA.
- Manage Global Production, Design and Merchandising expenses.
- Partner with divisional president and cross functional business partners to develop financial presentations to the CEO and other senior executives.
- Compile and Review Wholesale reports to prepare for the quarterly earnings release.
- Perform ad hoc projects and scenario analysis for Wholesale executives on an as needed basis.
- Manage and mentor one Financial Analyst.
What would make me qualified?
You’ll Need to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 7 years’ work experience in a fast-paced environment in an analytical capacity.
- Proven leadership ability, as well as strength in building internal partnerships.
- Demonstrates flexibility in a fast‑paced environment with evolving needs.
- Critical thinker with the ability to identify process and efficiency improvements.
- Strong quantitative, analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; including the ability to provide written and verbal direction effectively.
- Project management skills, from initial idea through execution.
- Strong Excel skills are a must.
We’d Love to See
- Retail industry experience preferred.
- Public company experience preferred.
- Experience with licensing accounting a plus.
- Experience with Hyperion Planning/Reporting and Essbase a plus.
- Organized with an ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
- Must be a team player, with the ability to coach and develop.
