About the Position:The VP of Finance will be responsible for:
Oversight of Fund Investments
- Review fund financial statements from fund administrator
- Review capital calls and distributions
- Review LP and GP allocations
- Full coordination with Big 4 Auditors
- Author all required disclosures, footnotes, etc.
- Monthly closing
- Financial statement preparation and analysis
- Management Fee Calculation
- Credit relationships – tailored / customized reporting
- Management reporting
- New fund launches / test trading
- Financial forecasts for existing and potential new businesses
- Tax support – liaise / coordinate with Tax Director
- K-1 review and support
- Work closely with deal team to review valuation of investments
