Chief Financial Officer

CFO opportunity with a $15B+ AUM Private Equity Infrastructure Fund located in Manhattan. They take a long-term private equity approach and are seeking an experienced CFO or Controller who can step in and make an immediate impact from day one.

Total Compensation - $500k to $750k (stretch me on comp)

• Oversee and review all general ledger activity, financial postings, and entity-level financial statements to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting entities.
• Coordinate with external auditors and accountants during audit and review cycles, ensuring completeness, compliance, and integrity of all financial reporting deliverables.
• Maintain oversight of investment valuation processes and cash flow tracking across all investment portfolios.
• Review and approve Statements of Financial Position, partner allocations, performance and override fee calculations, and investment return reporting packages.
• Present financial results, investment performance metrics, and capital allocation analyses to ownership groups and banking partners.
