A financial services organization is seeking a Wealth Management Relationship Associate to support Financial Professionals with day-to-day operational, service, and relationship needs. This role serves as a key point of contact for advisor requests, account activity, onboarding, issue resolution, and internal coordination.
The position requires someone who understands the pace and service expectations of a brokerage or wealth management environment and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day operational and service support to Financial Professionals, including requests, inquiries, and escalated matters.
- Coordinate onboarding for new Financial Professionals and assist with the transition of their business to the firm.
- Review new account documentation for completeness and adherence to internal and regulatory requirements.
- Process and coordinate asset movements, fund distributions, and other account-related transactions.
- Work across internal departments to resolve operational and client service issues efficiently.
- Provide guidance to Financial Professionals regarding internal procedures, service resources, technology, and available solutions.
- Assist with training, system demonstrations, and education for current and prospective Financial Professionals.
- Support Relationship Managers and local leadership with business initiatives, projects, and branch activities.
- Help coordinate local events, communications, and other relationship-building initiatives.
- Maintain timely and professional communication regarding open requests and service issues.
- Prepare reports and assist with additional operational projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within financial services, brokerage operations, wealth management, or a related environment.
- Working knowledge of brokerage systems, applications, and operational processes.
- Experience with Pershing is preferred.
- FINRA Series 7 is a plus.
- Strong client service and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage time-sensitive requests accurately.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
