Associate, Middle Office

JCW has partnered with a leading global investment firm seeking an Associate, Middle Office to join their growing team in Midtown New York. This person will provide trade support to the trading desks, manage daily fund operations, and liaise with brokers and third-party counter parties to ensure transactions are accurately and on time confirmed, settled, and reconciled.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented middle office professional with solid experience in a financial services environment. You understand the full trade lifecycle, you are proactive about resolving breaks and streamlining processes, and you bring a positive, solutions-oriented mindset to a fast-paced multi-manager platform with a strong Asia markets focus.

• 5+ years of experience in financial services in a middle office or fund operations capacity
• Strong knowledge of listed products including trade bookings, trade matching, failed trade investigations, and daily reconciliations
• Experience liaising with executing brokers, prime brokers, and fund administrators on break resolutions
• Experience with collateral and margin reporting
• Strong Excel skills and programming experience preferred
• Proactive approach to workflow automation and process improvement
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
