- 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, product strategy, investor relations, institutional business development, RFP / DDQ writing, proposal management, capital formation support, investor reporting, or client service within alternatives or asset management.
- Exposure to private credit, asset-backed finance, structured credit, RMBS, ABS, specialty finance, real estate credit, or broader alternatives is strongly preferred.

- Strong writing skills with the ability to synthesize complex investment information into clear, persuasive, and accurate messaging.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple investor requests, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and interest in learning investment strategies, portfolio construction, market dynamics, and fundraising processes.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with investment teams, capital formation, legal, compliance, finance, and operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required; experience with Salesforce, Qvidian, content libraries, Preqin, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
