Real Estate Finance and Accounting Manager Overview
- Real Estate Finance and Accounting Manager will oversee financial operations, reporting, and valuation processes for private market investments.
- Collaborate with investment teams to assess valuation impacts and execute financial strategies.
- Provide financial due diligence and operational input during acquisition and divestment cycles.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct financial due diligence and provide operational input during investment cycles.
- Prepare and review market valuations for private investments within corporate guidelines.
- Collaborate with banks and stakeholders to fulfill funding requirements and guidelines.
- Oversee financial controls and liaise with external auditors for asset operations.
- Manage investment holding platforms, including corporate secretarial and financial reporting.
- Provide insights on financial governance to enhance investment performance.
- Coordinate with internal and external advisors during investment and divestment processes.
- Support treasury functions to optimize liquidity and mitigate financial risks.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent; CPA qualification preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience, ideally in private markets transactions or asset management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software systems.
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Experience with real estate transactions is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of financial governance and risk management principles.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility for remote collaboration.
