Investor Relations Analyst

Powerus is preparing for entry into the public markets while running an active acquisition strategy. How the company explains itself to investors over the next several quarters will shape the terms on which it grows. This role supports that work directly. It offers unusually early exposure to capital markets execution for an analyst - you will build the materials that go in front of institutional investors, not summaries of them.

Powerus is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to support investor engagement and public market readiness. You will build investor materials, maintain comparable company and market analysis, track shareholder and analyst activity, and support the preparation of disclosures and earnings materials. You will work closely with capital markets, finance, and corporate communications.

• Build and maintain investor presentations, fact sheets, and supporting materials
• Maintain comparable company analysis, valuation benchmarking, and sector tracking
• Track analyst coverage, investor sentiment, and shareholder movement
• Support preparation of earnings materials, scripts, and Q&A
• Maintain the investor relations calendar, CRM, and meeting logistics
• Prepare briefing materials ahead of investor meetings and conferences
• Support due diligence and data room preparation for capital markets activity
• Partner with finance and communications on consistency between financial reporting and external messaging

• Must be located in the United States
• Experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate finance
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• High proficiency with Excel and presentation tools
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential material with discretion

• Exposure to a company through IPO, de-SPAC, or public market transition
• Interest in or coverage of defense, aerospace, or industrial technology
• Familiarity with SEC reporting and disclosure requirements
• Experience with investor CRM or market intelligence platforms
