Job Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a comprehensive operational and control framework across business functions.
- Support daily trading activities and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely operational processes.
- Manage day-to-day trading operations, overseeing the full trade lifecycle from execution through settlement.
- Monitor investment positions, including corporate actions, cash flows, and settlements.
- Coordinate with external service providers, including prime brokers and fund administrators.
- Assist Finance with operational processes related to month-end to ensure accuracy and strong controls.
- Participate in treasury and cash management, including liquidity monitoring and cash forecasting.
- Identify operational issues and work with stakeholders to develop solutions.
- Improve and document processes, controls, workflows, and reporting.
- Take ownership of a broad range of operational and business needs.
- 5-8 years of experience in operations, fund accounting, or middle office within a financial institution.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle and experience with financial products.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with VBA, SQL, or other data tools is a plus.
- Experience with financial systems, trading platforms, or portfolio management systems is helpful.
Salary:
$120 – $150, Plus Bonus
