Senior Tax Analyst

We are working with a growing financial advisory firm seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join its expanding tax practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their tax career who wants to build strong corporate tax experience while gaining exposure to broader advisory work.

• Prepare and support federal and state corporate income tax returns
• Assist with return review and develop into a reviewer over time
• Perform book-to-tax adjustments and tie tax returns back to financial statements
• Manage e-filing processes and tax compliance workflows
• Communicate directly with clients regarding open items and tax questions
• Research and resolve tax notices from federal and state agencies
• Gain exposure to sales & use tax, R&D tax credits, and transaction-related tax matters
• Support tax diligence and other advisory work related to M&A transactions

• CPA required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-2 years of tax experience, ideally corporate income tax
• Experience preparing corporate tax returns
• One Source or GoSystems experience is a plus
• Strong ownership, organization, judgment, and willingness to learn
