We are working with a highly entrepreneurial investment bank that’s expanding its Technology and Digital Assets investment banking team and is looking to add a Vice President in New York.
This is not a role for someone looking to simply slot into a large group. Our client seeks a banker who is commercially minded, self-directed, and excited about helping to grow a franchise.
The team advises many of the most innovative companies operating across digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, fintech, and broader emerging technology ecosystems. If you’re passionate about the future of capital markets and the evolution of financial technology, this is a unique opportunity to work alongside senior bankers advising some of the most disruptive businesses in the market.
The team also advises SPACs and other permanent capital vehicles in which the firm is a principal.
The ideal candidate will:- Be a top year associate up for promotion or a 1st/2nd year VP
- Be hungry to win business and generate revenue
- Enjoy taking ownership and managing up with senior leadership
- Have the ability to coordinate and develop junior bankers
- Be comfortable leading both pitch processes and live deal execution
- Thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments where initiative is valued more than bureaucracy
This is a highly visible role with meaningful client exposure, significant responsibility, and a clear opportunity to help shape the growth of a platform that sits at the intersection of traditional investment banking and digital asset innovation.
For investment bankers with strong execution experience who also want a seat at the table in business development, strategy, and franchise building, I’d welcome a confidential conversation.
