Capital Markets Associate

O’Melveny is seeking a mid-level associate Capital Markets Associate (3rd – 6th year). Ideal candidates will have a range of experience typical for our Capital Markets practice, including securities offerings and assisting public companies with reporting obligations.

We view challenges from all perspectives—companies, investment banks, and regulators—to navigate deals seamlessly from launch through pricing and closing. So tell us, what do you want to achieve?

The salary range in New York for this role is $260,000 - $390,000 and represents the firm’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
