Investor Relations and Capital Formation Internship

• Research how leading venture funds, development finance institutions, and fund-of-funds service their largest investors
• Gather evidence from public sources and conversations and form actionable recommendations
• Build and score candidate lists of institutional investors and family offices across geographies
• Prioritise institutions and explain which prospects are worth pursuing and why
• Document Endeavor’s investor offering and make delivery practices clear, consistent, and repeatable
• Reconstruct and organise what Endeavor has delivered to investors over recent years
• Help shape investor reporting content and cadence
• Work directly with the Global VP and Managing Director on the investor relations team
• Produce original research and analysis for senior leadership and active firm decisions
• Present internship work directly to Endeavor’s CEO

• Undergraduate junior or senior, or graduate student
• Preferred background in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, International Studies, or a related field; candidates from other disciplines with relevant skills and interest are encouraged to apply
• Strong written English
• Comfort with primary research and conducting conversations
• Analytical ability with numbers and structure
• Interest in venture capital, institutional investing, or emerging markets; prior finance experience is welcome but not required
• Sound judgment about confidentiality
• Ability to take direction and work in a closely guided role
• Comfortable working in a multilingual, global, cross-cultural environment and across time zones
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. with valid U.S. work authorization for 2027

Demonstrates strong analytical abilities and research skills, with a focus on venture capital and institutional investing. Capable of producing actionable recommendations and effectively communicating findings in a global, cross-cultural environment.
