A well-established crypto market maker is expanding its DeFi trading business and is looking to hire an junior to mid-level DeFi Quant Trader in New York. They are a leading liquidity provider with a strong global presence, leveraging sophisticated algorithmic trading strategies across both centralized and decentralized digital asset markets.
As a DeFi Quant Trader, you'll be responsible for researching, developing, and deploying systematic trading strategies across decentralized exchanges and on-chain protocols. Working alongside world-class quantitative researchers and engineers, you'll identify market opportunities, optimize execution, and manage risk across a rapidly evolving DeFi landscape.
Qualifications:- A degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, or another quantitative discipline.
- Outstanding graduates with relevant trading, quantitative research, or DeFi internships, or professionals with up to 3-4 years of experience in quantitative trading, systematic trading, or a related field.
- Solid programming skills in Python and/or C++
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment.
